Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Postfalcon (postfalcon.co). By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Postfalcon lets you compose, schedule, and cross-post content to social media accounts you connect (Mastodon, Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn), via each platform's own API. We are not affiliated with, and do not speak for, any of those platforms.

Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Postfalcon. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and any generated API tokens confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscription & billing

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial. Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe; you can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we don't provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Postfalcon to:

• Post content you don't have the rights to post, or to an account you're not authorized to manage.
• Send spam, or violate the terms of service of any platform you connect through Postfalcon.
• Post unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its API beyond documented rate limits.

You're responsible for complying with the rules of every platform you connect (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Mastodon instances, etc.) — connecting through Postfalcon doesn't exempt you from them, and action taken against your account by a third-party platform is between you and that platform.

Your content

You own whatever you create and post through Postfalcon. By connecting an account and scheduling a post, you grant us only the limited permission needed to store, transmit, and publish that content to the destinations you choose, on your behalf.

Third-party platforms

Postfalcon depends on the APIs of the platforms you connect. We aren't responsible for their outages, rate limits, policy changes, or account actions — including a connected platform revoking access, changing its API, or suspending your account there.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your account data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable-use section above.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Postfalcon is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost posts, missed schedules, or account actions taken by a third-party platform.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
